Editing Users In OIDDAS Fails With "Errors encountered when retrieving the selected user information : null." or "Cannot modify user : The asociated DN value of 'orcldefaultprofilegroup' is not in..." (Doc ID 401297.1)

Symptoms

Editing a user through OIDDAS fails with:

User Editing Error !

Cannot modify user : The asociated DN value of 'orcldefaultprofilegroup' is not in the cache anymore. You need to re-select the value again.
OR
Error

Errors encountered when retrieving the selected user information : null.


Steps To Reproduce:
  1. Log into OIDDAS
  2. Click on Directory tab and perform a search for a user, then select the radio button for that user
  3. Click on the Edit button
  4. One of the above errors will be returned
