After Deploying Forms Through EM /Forms90/Java Is Not Available (Doc ID 401585.1)

Symptoms

The forms was only deployed after installation of OAS from the EM Console using the forms ear file
as a new application. By creating an EAR file the forms application forms90app was created to
deploy forms.
An Alias name was created in the forms90.conf file

# Virtual path mapping for Forms Java jar and class files (codebase)
AliasMatch ^/forms90/java/(..*) "/u01/app/oracle/product/disc904/forms90/java/$1"


While running the test form getting ClassNotFound error
From the java console it says:
WARNING: Unable to cache
http://<Machine_Name>:<Port_number>/forms90/java/f90all_jinit.jar

load: class oracle.forms.engine.Main not found.

Also to check if the any html file can be accessed from the virtual directory created by the Alias
ran the URL

http://<Machine_Name>:<port_number>/forms90/html/runform.htm

The runform.htm failed with Http error
404 Page Not found.
