Symptoms

On 10.1.2.0.2 when CLASSPATH variable set to more than 255 characters in jvmcontrollers.cfg, jvmcontroller does not start from OEM or command line.
command line (dejvm -start jvmcontroller=commonJVM) gives the following message:
"Command type specified is invalid."
