Symptoms
Cannot convert RDF using rwconverter.sh
Fails with:
REP-25200: Converting '/u01/..../reports/hraannual.rdf' to
'/u01/..../reports/hraannual.rex'...
Conversion of '/u01/..../reports/hraannual.rdf' cancelled.
REP-1051: Unable to save document to file
'/u01/..../reports/hraannual.rex'.
REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
Root user could run but oracle could not.
The error within the trace showed that a resource was being used up.
