Symptoms

In oracle application server 10.1.3.1 FS_GROUP~FS~default_group~1.log file, the following error is seen:
SEVERE: failed sending message
java.lang.Exception: dest=/515.1.12.300:45341 (60089 bytes)

at org.jgroups.protocols.UDP.sendToSingleMember(UDP.java:308)
at org.jgroups.protocols.TP.do send(TP.java:949)
at org.jgroups.protocols.TP.send(TP.java:935)
at org.jgroups.protocols.TP.down(TP.java:724)
at org.jgroups.stack.DownHandler.run(Protocol.java:121)
Caused by: java.io.IOException: No buffer space available
