Symptoms

J2EE application is protected using JAZN provider LDAP and auth-method SSO.

Accessing application fails with HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

The HTTP server's error_log has the following error

[error] [client 192.167.16.4] [ecid: 1172058659:10.0.0.122:17325:0:111,0] mod_oc4j: Response
status=499 and reason=Oracle SSO, but failed to get mod_osso global context.
