BPEL + OID Configuration Error: Identity Service Unable to Find the Realm by Name (Doc ID 416890.1)

Goal

Document how to resolve the issue reported during an BPEL 10.1.3 configuration with OID 10.1.2 when you receive the following error;

 

    $OH/opmn/logs/default_group~oc4j_soa~default_group~1.log:
    
    <2007-01-16 14:26:20,738> <ERROR> <oracle.bpel.services.workflow> <::> Realm is not found.
    Identity service unable to find the realm  by name <in>.
    Check the error stack and fix the cause of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.
