WAC Compose Window Sometimes Does Not Close after Sending a Message (Doc ID 421608.1)

Symptoms

When pressing the 'Send' Button on WAC, the compose window does not close and the user might get
under impression, that the message was not sent (even though that it was sent).

WAC cumulative patch 10.1.2.3.1 was applied
