Goal
How to configure HTTP Server to access a Forms / Reports application via a 'second' listen port.
For example, this would fulfil a business requirement like:
The OracleAS Forms / Report Services middle tier (OHS and/or WebCache) is expected to handle external traffic coming in via port 80 as well internal traffic coming in via port 7788. Only internal users, however, should be able to use the forms / reports application. Therefore the objective is to prevent external users accessing forms using a url like http://mymachine.oracle.com/forms/frmservlet
