Using Sunopis Variables to dynamically specify Table Column names (Doc ID 423595.1)

Goal

When mapping between source and target datastores, is it possible to parameterize column names using Sunopis Variables. For example, in a mapping of the type :
TARGET.COL1 = SOURCE.<ColumnNameVariable>
