Caused By: oracle.odi.jdbc.datasource.ConnectionTimeoutException: A login timeout occured while connecting to the database
  at oracle.odi.jdbc.datasource.LoginTimeoutDatasourceAdapter.doGetConnection(LoginTimeoutDatasourceAdapter.java:117)
  at oracle.odi.jdbc.datasource.LoginTimeoutDatasourceAdapter.getConnection(LoginTimeoutDatasourceAdapter.java:62)
  ...

is signaled when launching an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Scenario with either:

  1. A call to the "startscen.bat/.sh" script
  2. A standalone Agent, a J2EE Agent, or a scheduler Agent
  3. An embedded Agent (Local/No Agent) in ODI Designer
  4. The use of an Agent from ODI Console or Metadata Navigator
