Goal

A T T E N T I O N:

This note applies to ODI 10g and legacy Sunopsis versions only.

In ODI 11g, the indications presented below do not apply as a new mechanism is used to set up ODI Agent as Microsoft Windows Services.


Occasionally, the execution of Integration Interfaces by Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agents hangs although execution goes to completion with no error code raised.

The Agent is started as a Windows Service through the Tanuki Wrapper utility provided with ODI.
