ODI No Longer Launches Correctly After Modifying Parameter Value Of A Technology Used As Master Repository (Doc ID 423850.1)

Symptoms

In ODI Topology Manager the Date Datatype Mask has been modified (from TIMESTAMP to DATE) in the Others tab of the IBM DB2 UDB technology specification.

Upgrading ODI and relocating the Master Repository to a new RDBMS instance using the ODI export and mimport utilities raised no particular issue. However, ODI no longer launches correctly.
