Symptoms

When running an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Interface based on an "Insert Update" or "Difference" Integration Knowledge Module (IKM), one of the following messages is signaled at the 'Flag useless lines' or 'Flag lines to Update' step:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00936: Missing expression

or

java.sql.SQLException: [SQL0104] token ) not valid

or

java.sql.SQLException: [...]Line 1: Incorrect syntax near ')'.
