Symptoms

When launching the ODI (Sunopsis) Designer for which the Master and Work Repositories are stored on Microsoft SQL Server and are accessed through Inet Software JDBC Driver, the following message is displayed:

com.inet.tds.SQLException: Connection refused: connect
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
