Cannot create a Specific Procedure for Ingres through Sunopsis (Doc ID 424219.1)

Symptoms

After having developed a stored procedure on an Ingres RDBMS instance, the launching of it through an ODI (Sunopsis) Specific Procedure fails with the following message: 

2500 : 42000 : ca.gcf.util.SqlEx: Syntax error on line 1. Last symbol
read was: 'procedure'.
