Symptoms

One of the following messages is signaled when processing a standard reverse engineering of DB2 Universal Database (DB2 UDB) tables with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI):

 1. Set the DB2 system parameter DESCSTAT to YES
 2. On OS/390, activate the RSU0512 IBM Consolidated Service Test
 3. Add the standard stored procedures and views required by the JDBC driver to retrieve catalog/schema-based metadata
 4. The ODBC/JDBC Stored Procedures and DB2 Objects might need to be dropped and recreated
 5. Bind the "db2schema.bnd" file against each database
