Goal

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Model is made of flat files Datastores in a Fixed field format. As no copy book exists, it is impossible to reverse engineer the files.

Does any solution exist which allows the definition of the flat files and which is more convenient than manually defining the file characteristics from ODI Designer?
