Problem when clicking on an entry in Sunopsis Log (Doc ID 424422.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Goal

When wanting to open up the details of a Sunopsis Log entry (Session, Task or Step) for consultation, it is necessary to click directly on the reg/blue/green status icon found to the left of the Session Id number.

Consultation is not possible when clicking on other parts of the record making up the entry.
