'No Repository on this connection' Message After Detaching Then Attaching an SQLServer Instance in ODI Topology Manager (Doc ID 424568.1)

Symptoms

As a result of increasing disk requirements for the Master and Work Repositories, it is necessary to move the database files of the Microsoft SQLServer instance storing the Master and Work Schemas.

However, after the Microsoft SQLServer DBA has detached the database, moved the database file to another disk drive and then attached the database, it is impossible to connect from ODI Designer, Topology Manager or any other module with the display of the following message :

However, no modification to any connection parameters (URL, Driver ...) has been performed.
