Are there any recommendations concerning disk space allocation for the Staging Area used in ODI Integration Interfaces ?

For example, we have 2 files of 1 Gigabyte each as Source Datastores.

How much disk space should we allocate to the Staging Area, and also for the ODI Integration Interface temporary (E$_ and I$_) tables?
