'Multiple roots found' Message Displayed When Setting Up An XML Data Server With The ODI (Sunopsis) XML Driver (Doc ID 424619.1)

Symptoms

When using a DTD to define an ODI (Sunopsis) XML Data Server in Topology manager > Physical Architecture, the following message is displayed:

java.sql.SQLException: Multiple roots found: ..... and ...... Use the parameter 'root_elt' in the URL to choose the root element.
