Symptoms
Upgrading to OracleAS 10g 10.1.2.2, server is AIX 5L 64 bit. Upgrade fails to complete.
Errors reported in install actions log.
This can also happen if webcache is configured to run on port less than 1024 for the first time after upgrading to 10.1.2.2 i.e After running "webcache_setuser.sh setroot oracle" , attempt to start webcache using "opmnctl startproc ias-component=WebCache" will fail with same errors as above.
