REP-52266: The In-Process Reports Server <server name> Failed to Start (Doc ID 429950.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start/access in-process report server, the following error occurs:

REP-52266: the in-process reports server <report server name> failed to start.

Changes

Modifications were done to the Reports Server .conf file. (The conf file is located in $ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf/ directory and is named <NameOfRepServer>.conf)
