Sporadic Error HTTP-404 Contacting JSP Page (Doc ID 430386.1)

All OC4J applications deployed on this node are suffering from this issue.


Symptoms

JSP pages on all OC4J applications are returning sporadic 404 errors that are shown on the browser, as well as on the HTTP Server logs.
Another symptom that is related to this issue is that at times OHS will consume a lot of CPU (nearly 100%), and then restart.
We have confirmed the restart is related to the HTTP-404 errors by correlating the restart times (logs monitoring the process identifier, pid) with the HTTP-404 errors in the error_log files.
