Last updated on JULY 06, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Middleware - Version 10.1.3.1.0 to 10.1.3.5.0 [Release AS10gR3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Application Server 10g Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.1.3

Symptoms

On an Application Server 10.1.3.1.0 J2EE only instance, the cloned environment is not starting when restoring back from the clone. The following errors are logged in the $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/opmn.log for each OC4J instance:

Changes

This is a J2EE only environment with no front end with an HTTP Server. All the OC4J instances are listening on an http fixed port and not an ajp port range.

Some OC4J instances are disabled but they are setup to listen on the same http port than the enabled ones.
