Content Portlets Fail Retrieving Information From Content DB in a HA environment (Doc ID 437296.1)

Problem Statement:

Intermittently, the Content Portlet fails to display the portlet content.
Content DB Portlet fail whenever BOTH Content DB application nodes are active. Any time when only one Content DB node is up, the OCS Content DB Portlet displays the Content DB content successfully.

Steps To Reproduce:

Configure Content DB in a high available environment and start both nodes at the same time.

Business Impact:

Content Data fails to be presented in the Content Portlet which leads to poor acceptance of the product.
