Symptoms

Installing 10.1.2.0.2 infrastructure (Identity Management & Metadata Repository) on a server that is included on an O/S cluster. The Oracle installation is not part of the cluster architecture and no High Availability options have been selected in Oracle Universal Installer (OUI).

Although the database configuration assistant finishes successfully the following messages appear in the installation log:
