This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
After someone signed in with SSO, other users who access the application from other workstations had access to the application with out signing in.
In short once a SSO secured page was successfully requested by any user providing a valid user/password any other user from any other PC could access the same page without being asked for sign in.
