How to Add a Display Name To From Field on Subscription Notification Emails

Goal

The default behavior of the From: field on the subscription notification emails sent by the Content Server only shows an email address.This could be confusing to some users.

How can I add a more descriptive display name?

Adding a descriptive display name to the emails would make it easier for users to understand who the email is coming from.
