Goal
What are the steps necessary to import data from IRCH’s ‘Retention Manager 3’ program?
All versions of the RM program allow data feeds from a variety of sources. One of these sources is Skupsky’s Retention Manager Program. Retention Manager 3 will export the Retention Rules and/or Standard Record Series information in a specific format that can be used by FRM’s Import module to populate either the Retention Code or Series Code tables.
