How To Remove Folders Completely from Content Server

Goal

I want to remove Folders completely from my Content Server. I ran the Folders uninstaller, but I want all remnants of Folders gone. How can I remove all remnants of Folders?

The Folders uninstaller will remove the Folders component, but it will still leave some database tables and fields along with some directories on the file system. If you want to remove all remnants of Folders after uninstalling the component, you will need to remove these other objects manually.
