Symptoms

When attempting to add a web reference to a Content Server WSDL from Visual Studio .NET 2003, I am receiving the following error:

There was an error downloading 'http://myserver:81/stellent_2/groups/secure/wsdl/custom/workflow.wsdl'.

 

The underlying connection was closed: The server committed an HTTP protocol violation.
