Symptoms
When clicking the static Web Location link for a msg Outlook file, or when trying to access a msg file through IPBM, you receive a 404 Error and the browser claims that the File or directory is not found.
This only happens when using a direct static link to the file or accessing the file through IPBM. The issue does not occur when calling a Stellent Service such as GET_FILE.
