"Infinity Disallowed" Error When Making a Connection to the Content Server Through WebDAV (Doc ID 445692.1)

Symptoms

You are running Content Server with IIS as the web server.

When trying to use Checkout and Open (COAO), you receive an error in the browser that states:

You currently have JavaScript disabled for this web site. You must enable scripting in your browser for the content server to function properly.

After verifying that JavaScript is enabled in the browser, further testing shows that you are also unable to make a WebDAV connection to the Content Server using Web Folders. The login prompt is shows and logging in is possible, then the following generic error is thrown:

Unable to create the folder

When looking at the Content Server log file, the following error is seen:

Webdav-Propfind- null: Infinity disallowed. Upgrade filter or restart Content Server.
