This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When using Package Bar within the IPM client, users select the Start Processing button and are presented with a Package Selection dialog box that is a fixed size of 3” X 3” with a grid containing package Title, Queue, and In Queue Date values. Generally, the dialog box needs to be stretched out for the user to view the full contents of the package Title, so the correct package can be selected. Once the package is selected, the dialog box disappears. The user is not able to retain the size of the resized Package Selection dialog box and must resize it every time it is accessed. Additionally, if an attachment exists for the package and it is opened in the viewer, the Viewer tool displays the mime type for the attachment title rather than the attachment title.
