Symptoms

Issues arise with the Release Date and/or the Expiration Date not getting updated when adding new revisions of a piece of content. The Expiration Date or Release Date is the same as the previous revision of the document. Symptoms you may see include any of the following:

• When you check in a new revision of content with Site Studio Designer, the Release Date or Expiration Date is the same as the previous revision of the document.

• Replicating with the FolderStructureArchive component generates the following HelperService error in the server output:

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to delete revision for 'AT000013'. Unable to execute service
method 'doSubService'. (System Error:
helper.HelperService.getCurrentErrorMsg()Ljava/lang/String;)
