FoldersLocal Component causing Date Issue Errors

Symptoms
Issues arise with the Release Date and/or the Expiration Date not getting updated when adding new revisions of a piece of content. The Expiration Date or Release Date is the same as the previous revision of the document. Symptoms you may see include any of the following:
⢠When you check in a new revision of content with Site Studio Designer, the Release Date or Expiration Date is the same as the previous revision of the document.
⢠Replicating with the FolderStructureArchive component generates the following HelperService error in the server output:
