Folder Structure Archive Component shows "too many errors" message


Symptoms

When performing a "not latest revision" archive, an error is produced in the archiver logs for each document that does not have an archivable revision. If the number of errors exceeds MaxArchiveErrorsAllowed, then the archive fails.
