How to apply Thumbnail Changes to Prior Content (Doc ID 446333.1)

Goal

I am planning on changing the size of thumbnails that the inbound refinery creates. I am changing the values of ThumbnailWidth and ThumbnailHeight in the config file.

Once the change is made, will previously created thumbnails be recreated? If not, how can this be done?
