Symptoms

Customer has just done a new install of a 10gR3 cluster and is having an issue where they are unable to log into their Content Server. In reviewing their setup it appears that their cluster nodes are running from the sahred file system rather than from the stub directories and as such are not reading their security information from the proper location.
