Incorrect time for "Last Exported" in Archiver

Symptoms
In Archiver after you have exported an archive the "Last Exported" time is different then the status message stated at the bottom of the applet after completion. You have tested different time zones in the system properties and on my system, the "Last Exported" time is always 5 hours behind my system clock. However, if you change my operating system time zone, it will reflect a change in the difference between the "Last Exported" and the completion notification time. You had to change my operating system time zone to 5 hours ahead (changed from -6 GMT from -1 GMT) in order to get the two clock values to be identical.
