Goal
Within the Services Reference Guide and the access level attribute there is the reference to GLOBAL_PRIVILEGE. However, there is not much documentation on what the GLOBAL_PRIVILEGE is and the services that require the Admin role versus just the "Read, write, or delete" on at least 1 security group. Can more detail be provided?
