NumConnections Setting Getting Reset In Clustered Environment (Doc ID 448119.1)

Symptoms

In a clustered environment, it was noticed that sometimes the database provider only had the default number of connections (5) instead of thee updated increased value.

Please Note that the default NumConnections is 5 for Webcentent Content (WCC) Server versions 7.5.2 and earlier.  In WCC 10G,  NumConnections default has increased to 25.
