"Send Link" in Content Server Fails to Work with Lotus Notes

Symptoms
When using Content Server with Lotus Notes some things are not working:
1. If the email client is open, it just gives the client focus but nothing happens.
2. If the email client is closed, it opens and creates a new mail form and fills in the subject and the document link to the body of the mail message, but some characters (like in the czech characters in the document title) are displayed incorrectly.
