After Install of Content Categorizer, Content Server Fails to Start and Instead Throws "java.lang.NoSuchMethodError" (Doc ID 448638.1)

Symptoms

You just installed the Content Categorizer and CSCompatibility components and now the Content Server will not start and instead throws the below error:

'/cs_dir>/custom/BackgroundThread/templates/backgroundthread_template.hda' is 'Cp1252'
