Symptoms
Many files are checked in with batchloader to a Content Server 7.5.1..
Some of the documents being inserted are documents users have subscribed to.
In the past the documents being checked in with batchloader would send subscription email notifications.
They upgraded from SCS 6.2 to SCS 7.5.1.
The subscription email notifications are no longer going out.
