Symptoms
Active Directory authentication was working but now it is not.
Nothing changed but all users in one untrusted domain can not authenticate.
Previous there was no problem.
They have two Active Directory Forests with several domains each.
There is a transitive trust configured between the Content Server and on one domain in one forest to the other forest.
