Content Server Not Auto-Numbering when using Batchloader (Doc ID 449412.1)

Symptoms

When doing a batch load it is using the filename as the content id and not auto numbering like it does if I check it in manually. I looked in the admin book and didn't see any option for content id for the batch file.
