Symptoms
When checking in documents, a custom information field (for example, a field named Key Words) is filled in with words that quickly help the user identify the document for retrieval.
Users are getting no result in the Quick Search field when searching for this custom metadata field, Key Words. Users also do not get any results when performing an advanced search using the Key Word field with the filter of matches or substring.
