Problems Installing Web Based Training. (Doc ID 450127.1)

Customer installed Web Based Training (WBT) on a Windows XP machine and they get many errors trying to use the product. They open the browser and login to start the first section. They see this error:

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to retrieve search results. Unable to retrieve search results.
Unable to create result set for query 'SELECT IdcColl2.dID, dDocName, dDocTitle, dDocType, dRevisionID, dSecurityGroup, dDocAuthor, dDocAccount, dRevLabel, dFormat, dOriginalName, dExtension, dWebExtension, dInDate, dOutDate, dpublishType, dRendition1, dRendition2, VaultFileSize, WebFileSize, URL, DocMeta, ^ FROM IdcColl2, DocMeta WHERE IdcColl2.dID=DocMeta.dID AND ((((((dDocTitle LIKE '%phone list%' OR dDocName LIKE '%phone list%' OR (CONTAINS(dDocFullText,'phone AND list'))) AND dDocName LIKE '%_EN' AND dDocName LIKE '%_EN')))) AND ((dSecurityGroup != 'Secure'))) ORDER BY dInDate Desc'. Cannot use a CONTAINS or FREETEST predicate on table 'IdcColl2' becasue it is not full-text indexed.
